About this Course

With 60+ classes available, Summer Fitness runs from July 9th - August 29th. Full schedule is available upon request and will be sent out to all registered participants the week of July 2nd. Required: Comfortable indoor athletic shoes (mandatory for safety), comfortable clothing, weights, yoga or exercise mat and water bottle.
