Elevate your heart rate with 20 minutes of energizing cardiovascular exercise then challenge your muscles and balance using a variety of equipment. We’ll finish this class with a great stretch. The level 2 class runs for 55 minutes and is ideal for those who enjoy a faster pace of exercise and are comfortable getting down to the floor. Required: Comfortable indoor athletic shoes (mandatory for safety), comfortable clothing, weights, yoga or exercise mat and water bottle. Resistance bands recommended.
