
This 50-minute class is for mamas* of babies . The focus is on educating you through postpartum exercises that challenge you to be more dynamic in your movement. Fine tune proper pressure management throughout the core to prepare you for activities that involve impact. Gain mobility and strength in your hips and glutes to prepare you for single leg movements, like running. The focus is on empowering you in the body you have right now through intentionally slow and appropriate early postpartum exercises. Reconnect with your core, through diaphragmatic breathing, gain mobility and strength in your hips and glutes and feeling connected to other mamas who are in the same busy phase of life. *You should be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your health care provider prior to beginning this class.
