Tot Yoga (able crawler to 23 months, with one adult) Supportive, fun-loving, and active. Watch tots become confident as they are encouraged and supported in their physical explorations. Playfully practice yoga poses with assistance from a parent while sitting, standing, walking, and jumping. No yoga experience required. All mats provided.
