About this Course

Baby Yoga (newborn to almost crawler, with one adult) Share unique yoga poses designed to support your baby’s development. Explore calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding, aid digestion and improve baby’s sleep. Babies enjoy yoga poses and activities on backs, tummies or in loving arms. No yoga experience required. All mats provided.
