Parent and Youth Yoga (9-12 Years with One Adult) This program offers a great opportunity for an adult and tween to experience hatha yoga together. Calming breathing practices and partner poses allow for connection. Games and group activities help families enjoy a sense of community. Discover and challenge your stability, strength, flexibility, and focus. No yoga experience is required. Mats and yoga props will be available; you are welcome to bring your own. Bring comfy, non-slip slippers. No other yoga equipment required
