About this Course

(2 years to 4 years with one adult) Yoga poses, songs, stories and games are combined to create an enriching parent/child activity. Help your tyke build the foundation for healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun! No yoga experience is required. This is a parent program, so you will be “showing and sharing.”
