
Bring your Urban/Activator Poles to class as we exercise to the beat WITH OUR POLES for 30 minutes followed by 20 minutes of walking the track instructed, motivated and encouraged by our Certified Urban Pole Walking Instructor, Nancy Revie. Urban/Activator Pole Walking has been proven with evidence based research to improve outcomes in gait, balance, posture and core strength while inspiring active living. It has also been proven to improve CONFIDENCE in walking and participating in ADLs (activities of daily living) Wear comfortable clothes and bring your poles; indoor walking shoes and a water bottle.
